The modus operandi of a beautiful place to plant a tree

Dig a hole 4 wide by 12 deep (sides slightly angled

Fill hole with lava rocks 

(three 5 gallon buckets)

Set brick in slightly tilted on sides, even with top hole

Shovel sod away from rim

Place large flat rocks around rim on top of bricks

Fill in top area with dirt between and around flat rocks
