Beautiful before and after projects! (And link up yours!)

Hello my friends! Welcome to a new week! I'm back with the before and after link up for this month. If you're new to this shindig and are a blogger, be sure to check below to see how to link up your favorite before and after after projects! And if you're just a reader, you'll find plenty of inspiration below as people link up their projects.

I like to share a few of the projects from last month that caught my eye first! Carrie's bathroom makeover was a BIG transformation!:

You really have to check out the before to see how much it changed!

Carli hit it out of the park again with this SMART and pretty coat closet makeover. It's a total command stations now and I love how she used the back of the door:

You have to see how the inside looks too -- love it!

This is brilliant and so easy -- Jenn shares how she hides the electrical box in her pretty laundry closet:

I love all the navy blue touches in here too! 💙

Angela shared how they created some great storage in an awkward spot by their stairs
DIY toy cubby storage under stairs

I loved that it's tiered to fit in with the stairs but offers as much storage as possible for that spot.

I LOVE Jennifer's use of color and the pink (that door!) looks SO good with the black and white touches in her new bathroom

I don't care what color you paint your doors -- but do it. ;) It adds so much character to a home! See how I've done it here.

Continuing with our color trend, I loved the awesome storage and pop of blue in Cynthia's light and bright bathroom:

She repurposed and old cabinet and this looks amazing! And the storage is great if you don't have a bathroom closet.

Haeley shared her fabulously organized craft closet:

Organized bins and labels make me happy. And I love that you can still see all the color and what's inside each one!

And finally, I was swooning over Melanie's classically beautiful dining room:

I LOVE that color -- it's so soothing but looks fantastic against the white trim. I just love this space!

There you go! Some of my favorites from last month -- if you'd like to be considered for next month's share, please add a link to this post or to TDC at the bottom of your blog post. Or you can just copy and paste the code here into your post:

Pretty DIY centerpieces and tablescapes perfect for spring!

Hello all! Goodness I'm ready for Friday this week! The sun is out, the house is fairly clean (although picked up and clean are two very different things) and I'm ready to relax for a couple days. We're supposed to get snow tomorrow but Sunday looks promising for good, warmer weather!

I'm in the spring mood so I'm sharing some BEAUTIFUL spring-inspired tablescapes and centerpieces today. I shared our simple green centerpiece earlier this week and it got me thinking about spring/Easter tables.

Enjoy the pretty inspiration! You can find the link to the talented bloggers under each photo.

This is just plain stunning. The gold combo with the peach and pink is lovely:

I love these simple farmhouse centerpiece ideas -- the simple box with flowers is so easy for spring:

Table runners are an easy way to add color and texture to your table -- this painted DIY runner is perfect if you have a long table (it's hard to find long runners in the store!):

This burlap and lace runner is a simple DIY and would be so pretty for a spring table:

If you like more COLOR on your table you'll love these next few. These glittered candlesticks are such a cute idea! I love the idea of green, pink and blue for spring:

I love the darker feel and deeper colors of this centerpiece:

And the bright pink and green combo in this dining room is gorgeous for spring!

This one is just beautiful -- and easier than you'd think. She shares how to get this distressed look on a mason jar:

And finally, some pretty ideas for my neutral lovers! I LOVE the moss down the middle of this table! I have a thing for moss and the natural touch it brings -- and it looks great with color or neutrals:

I love the simplicity of the next few. They are easily replicated at home with trays or wood boxes:

You can't go wrong with mason jars in a wood trough. Ever:

And I'm always a sucker for succulents. See what I did there? You can find these half off at craft stores and they'll last forever -- no watering needed:

I love the touches of pink in this one and how they spill out of the box. They look so real!

There you go! Some beautiful inspiration for your spring table! I'm ready, are you? Have a wonderful weekend my friends!

Amazing before and after projects (and link up your own!)

Well hello! Hope you had a wonderful weekend! I'm back today with the Before and After Party for the month of February and have some awesome projects to share with you from last month.

I invited you all to link up your favorite projects from 2016 and you guys did not disappoint! I found a ton to share with you today. You can link up your recent before and afters at the bottom of the post.

Lisa found a dark wood table at the consignment store and shares how she transformed it into a beautiful farmhouse table instead:

Pam shared her spring tour (which has me ready for green grass again!) from 2016, and I always DROOL over her gorgeous DIY vent hood:

She links to how they did that project in the post. I just love it!

I can't remember if I've shared Denise's master closet makeover, but even if I have, it's worth showing off again:
I love some good organization!

If you love it too, you'll have to check out this amazing closet that Samantha organized:

Wow, it is gorgeous! I'm picking my jaw off the floor. Samantha gives some great organizing tips in that post as well.

Kris shared her stunning family room makeover:

You have to check out her beautiful TV wall as well! It's all so well done.

I loved Kristen's eclectic kitchen makeover:

That backsplash tile is gorgeous and I love the wood tone on the island. Beautiful!

Angela shared her pretty bedroom makeover:
Everything is so light and beautiful...what a lovely space to sleep in!

And finally, Jenny shared a bunch of her favorites from 2016, including her son's bedroom makeover:

You know I love that dark accent wall! Love that "X" detail over the window too!

See? So many awesome projects! Now let's see what you've been up to so far this year! If you'd like to be considered for next month's round up, be sure to include a link to TDC in your post or copy and paste this code:

Eleven stunning bathroom transformations!

I'm so excited so many of you are excited about our upcoming bathroom makeover! You get me. :) If you missed it, you can see how I took down a wall in our son's bathroom...something I've wanted to do for years now.

I finished up with the demo Wednesday and love it even more. The extra little bit I took down made a big difference. I also cut back the pony wall -- totally keeping it, loved your thoughts on it -- so it widened the opening back to the tub room even more. It already feels like it should have been like that all along.

Since I've got bathrooms on the brain and I'm currently trying to finish up my design plans for this one, I thought it would be fun to share some of the prettiest bathrooms around blogland for inspiration. Be sure to visit these bloggers at the link below the photos.

I have to start with a stunner. I mean, come on. Courtney's bathroom is drop dead gorgeous:
French cottage bathroom transformation

You know what's funny? It's timely because the gilded touches remind me so much of Beauty and the Beast. This looks like it could be Belle's bathroom. ;)

I notice a trend when I'm drawn to certain bathrooms -- I love a bright white space with a darker wall or vanity as contrast. I love contrast so I shouldn't be surprised.

I loved this transformation from The Handmade Home:

The floor and the simple dark gray vanity are on point!

This bathroom looks completely different with some simple changes -- white paint is the game changer in this room!:

My favorites -- the dark navy vanity with rustic hardware combined with the wood framed mirror.

Cyndy sent me photos of her bathroom reno and my mouth dropped open when I saw them. She shared them with me because they opened up their two-room bath as well:

Gorgeous bathroom makeover with dark walls

Holy cats, right? I mean, what a difference! Opening up the tub to a shower made a big difference too! I love the dark grasscloth walls (yummy) and that tile floor!

I've always loved Christina's small bathroom makeover:
Dark walls subway tile bathroom

Again, don't be afraid to go for dark walls -- I think bathrooms are a spot you can do something more dramatic and get away with it.

This transformation was pretty big too -- love the light gray and wood tones together:

What a beautiful, bright, updated space!

I didn't even realize Jen's bathroom was in the basement until I read more:
Furniture as bathroom vanity

I adore that cornflower blue on the small vanity! What a great way to reuse a piece!

This makeover Chris did years ago is still one of my favorites:

My favorites -- the black vanity (love) and the light blue ceiling. :)

Rhoda's bathroom underwent a big transformation, but the shower is my favorite:

Black and white tile design in bathroom

I LOVE how she combined the black and white different tiles here -- so classic. If we could get away with doing a full shower and no tub I'd do it. But for this house and resale someday it's not the best idea.

A new vanity made ALL the difference in this makeover:

My love for dark gray will never waver. Love it.

And one of my absolute favorites of late to wrap up this list -- my friend Beth just completed a gorgeous makeover of their master bath. Check out the before and after!:

There are so many beautiful details in this room, you have to check it out at the link! Wow.

These get me even more excited to keep the progress going in ours! I love every one of these!

Have a wonderful weekend my friends! :)
